I understand that a 50% deposit is required and will be half the estimated price of the piece. This deposit allows Mom's Custom Tattoo and Body Piercing to submit my custom order to the manufacturing company for purchase.*

Any estimated wait time is a courtesy frame of reference and not an exact timeline as the shop is at the mercy of the manufacturing company and their production and turn around time.*

Mom's Custom Tattoo and Body Piercing will contact me when my order has arrived at the shop. I have 30 days to pick up the order. If I do not pick up in 30 days, I will forfeit my deposit and the jewelry will be absorbed into the studio's stock.*

I acknowledge that if my jewelry is from an international company, I am responsible for paying the customs fee, this customs fee will be added to the final cost of my jewelry. The customs fee is unpredictable, therefore there is no way of giving a quote for what this cost may be. International companies include Junipurr, Gorilla Glass, and Alchemy Adornment.*

I understand that as soon as I submit my deposit, the jewelry order has been placed with the manufacturer. If I decide that I no longer want this jewelry after submitting my deposit, I will forfeit my deposit and the jewelry will be absorbed into the studio’s stock upon it's arrival.*
