DISCLAIMER and AGREEMENT

I understand that completing and submitting this form doesn't guarantee the student will qualify for the Nicola Brand Strings Student Discount.
I understand that Nicola Brand Strings will be contacting the Music School for verification that the student is actively enrolled at the Music School Above.
I understand that if the student drops out of the Music School that you will contact Nicola Brand Strings and inform us. Further, your Student Discount ends and can no longer be used.
Nicola Brand Strings will require a Yearly Updated completion of this Application to receive a NEW Music Education Discount Code. This renewal request will be sent every August 1st and must be completed by September 1st of that same calendar year.
Your Nicola Brand Strings Artist Discount cannot be combined with any sales or special promotions by Nicola Brand Strings and cannot be used at a Nicola Brand Strings retailer's location(s).
* TERM – 1.1 – The Term of this Agreement shall begin, upon approval by Nicola Brand Strings on the date hereof and shall continue until the earlier of: (i) twelve months or (ii) termination pursuant to Sections 1.2 and 1.3 hereof.

* 1.2 – To renew this Agreement you will need to resubmit the Artist agreement. Nicola Brand Strings will automatically send your renewal request every August. for one (1) year period unless otherwise terminated by either party upon written notice given to the other party at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original Term.

* 1.3 – Either party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other, in the event the other party breaches a material term of this Agreement and fails to cure such breach within the thirty (30) day period.
Disclaimer of Consequential Damages. In no event shall Nicola Brand Strings or its vendors be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages or for any damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue or profits, or arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use services or products provided hereunder whether due to a breach of contract, breach of warranty, defect in materials, discontinuance of a product, or supply chain delays by vendors or otherwise.
