SERVICE LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: All services will be provided on location and at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the makeup artist needs to complete the makeup. A “set up” table/work area needs to be made available for the makeup artist at said location. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly. Elizabeth will supply extra lighting & chair unless discussed further.
CONTRACT TERM: A $50 deposit is required to save your date. The total amount owed by the bridal party (bride, bridesmaids, jr bridesmaids, mothers, etc.) is DUE ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING. THE REMAINDER MUST BE PAID IN ALL CASH. This is non-refundable. The bride's signature on this contract holds her liable for the number of bridesmaids that are listed. The bride is responsible for making sure everyone pays their balance. Once the bride agrees to said number of parties on this contract recieving makeup/and or hair, bride is responsible for that total amount. Additional clients may be added, but CANNOT be subtracted once the deposit is paid.
The $50 deposit and the remaining balance can be paid by Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, or Paypal and can be taken before or at the time of your trial session in cash. Travel fee will be the flat rate of $50 and milage will be calculated based on the round-trip distance traveled by makeup artist. Due to the nature of the business, your wedding date will not be held until a deposit is paid and a contract is received. Dates are held on a first come, first serve basis.
Your deposit will be deducted from the wedding day balance, which will be paid in CASH on the wedding date. Invoice will be sent 1-2 days before wedding.
Photo Release Policy: I agree to allow Elizabeth Savage Artistry to use my before & after, makeup application, and professional photos for promotional purposes. I understand that this could involve photographs to be used either online on www.Elizabethsavageartistry.com, Elizabeth Savage Artistrys' social networking site, or within the portfolio of the makeup artist. No compensation will be received by Elizabeth Savage for the use of any images.
If any clients have allergies/ and or sensitivities, client is responsible to disclose that information PRIOR to makeup application. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions I understand that I will be in direct contact with various cosmetics and products topically applied. I am aware of the specific chemicals and / or cosmetics of which I am allergic or have a sensitivity to & have notified the makeup artist.
CANCELATION POLICY: Cancellations can be made up to 60 days before the wedding day without any extra charges. Your original $50 deposit is still non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of your wedding day, 50% of the total wedding day quote (bride, bridesmaids, jr. bridesmaids, mothers, etc.) will be charged. If you cancel within 2 weeks of the wedding day you will be charged 100% of the total wedding day rate quoted. If for any reason the makeup artist assigned can’t preform services, the $50 deposit will be refunded and she will help find a replacement.
DROPPED SERVICE POLICY: in the event that a service is cancelled you will be responsible for each of the scheduled services.
Example: (if you have 7 bridesmaids booked and one bridesmaid decides to drop her service, you are still held responsible for the balance of that service.)
Please check with all members recieving services before listing the final number on the agreement.
The above cancelation policy does not apply if the wedding is canceled due to an act of God such as a death or natural disaster.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your scheduled appointment time to ensure everything goes according to schedule. If one member of the party is 10-15 minutes late, their application will be cut to a minimal look to ensure the allotted time for each and every client.
