"Market On Blackhawk" Application

"Market on Blackhawk" is a new venue located at 109 E. Blackhawk Avenue, Prairie du Chien, WI 53821. The market is a "pop-up shop" that allows vendors to sell their products for a short period of time. "Market on Blackhawk" will be open during November and December 2021. We are looking for a wide variety of products: Vintage, artisan, custom, specialty, unique-art, food, clothing, gifts, furniture and more!
To be a vendor at "Market on Blackhawk", please fill out this application. All applications will be curated and evaluated before a vendor is added to the Market. Each vendor will pay $100 to cover rent, utilities, advertising, insurance and misc. Vendors will also be required to work 3 days at the Market throughout the 2 months. We are tentatively planning for the market to be open: Wednesday 10-5, Thursday 10- 6(or 7), Friday 10-5, Saturday 10-5, Sunday 12-3. Vendors are also invited to hold classes, tastings, experiences, etc. at the market. Details on how to code and price items will be provided. Vendors will pay their own sales tax and a 2.5% credit card fee so these charges need to be included in the final retail price.
