2022 Registration and Payment for STATE Solo competition entries
The registration form must be submitted no later than December 6, 2021. This online form will verify that a team has completed their registration by this date. No LATE applications will be accepted. We encourage you to register early to avoid any problems. All information is provided by you the director and should be accurate. Please DO NOT duplicate registrations. You will receive notification via email that you have completed your registration. One routine $60
PAYMENT OPTIONS Places are not confirmed until payment is received. Payment must be received by January 1, 2021 on Team PO's that are sent in. LATE fees will be assessed a $25 late entry fee. If you are using a school purchase order, please submit your invoice to your accounts payable department NOW to ensure that payment is received by the due date.
