Welcome to the NLP Football Academy Portal. Please ensure you are up to date with all the information enclosed, and complete the forms to the best of your knowledge.
Memberships

Membership can provide access to exclusive online portal including a club request form with information on current requests from our club contacts where the member scout can respond to where they feel any player they are working with should be proposed, across multiple regions, and these are also updated frequently. 

If you intend to propose any players under the age of 18 via the portal you will need to supply to your current DBS or apply for one with us.

Please note payments are non-refundable, and they cannot be rolled over to following year as they will go to all costs committed to that term. Should you wish to end the agreement and membership at any time you can email registrations@nlpsports.co.uk with your reasons and they will assist in closing your membership.

On first registration access is free for 5 days before being charged per year thereafter.

If you misuse or break the terms of agreement, your online worksheets will be disabled automatically and you will no longer be eligible to receive the benefits of being a member.

Scope and Objective of this Membership

The purpose of this agreement is to utilise the portal to seek out and introduce potential players to opportunities at football clubs.

The member will provide the NLP Portal with the following services:

The member will seek out offers from football clubs via the NLP Portal.

Eligibility

The player has been fully vetted to ensure their suitability for this opportunity and supplied relevant details for their registration.

Portal Access

As an NLP member scout you will receive access to our Recruitment Portal. The Recruitment Portal will allow you to:

- Directly refer players to our club contacts 
- Have direct communication with our club contacts 
- Request your players be uploaded onto the portal for all NLP club contacts to view, assess, and provide responses and feedback for
- Gives you the early advantage by responding to live club requests

Exclusive Data

1) The member cannot use or share NLP contacts with any person not authorised and registered as an NLP portal member.

2) This agreement is exclusive and binding even if terminated before end date of this agreement, the non-compete clause will apply until end date of this agreement.

Disciplinary

The agreement can be terminated by NLP Sports with immediate effect for gross misconduct by the member following an investigation if the member is deemed to have broken the terms of the agreement and rules of operation i.e. sharing unauthourised access or data. The agreement can also be suspended until pending investigation, or until further notice, or terminated with immediate effect should you misuse the terms of the online portal I.e providing access to unauthorised personnel. Access is only provided to one user per registration. Your agreement can also be terminated with immediate effect if after an investigation has concluded you have deemed to abuse another individidual or group of people i.e. racially, sexually or with threats or incitement of violence as well as sharing or posting sexual images or videos without consent. All communication with club contacts must take place within the Portal. Should you attempt to request contact with club contacts outside of the portal you will be in breach of your agreement, your access will be disabled, your agreement terminated and you will be locked out of the portal indefinitely.

Cancellation

Should the member wish to end this agreement any time prior to end of the agreement they must do so in writing. This option means the agreement ends with immediate effect after the 28 days and the member will no longer be entitled to receive the benefits of this agreement.

Relationship between both parties

Members relationship with the sports club will be that of an independent contractor and nothing in this agreement is intended to or should be constructed to create a partnership, agency or employment relationship. The member will not be entitled under this agreement to any of the benefits that the Sports club may make available to its employees, including but not limited to liability insurance, profit-sharing, retirement benefits, paid vacation, holidays or sick leave or workers compensation insurance.

Ownership of property and materials

Member acknowledges and agrees that any and all documents produced by the member, including but not limited to memoranda, research notes, correspondence, emails, pleadings, and reports during the course of their access of the portal, shall be the sole property of NLP Sports and the member shall retain no ownership, interests or rights therein.
