herein known as "Contractor," mutually agree to the following, effective immediately and to continue until terminated as provided herein:

Contractor agrees to

• Perform Interpreting Services according to the NAD-RID CODE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT, 
• Maintain any required professional licensure, and obey Federal, State and Local laws while providing services.
• Hold harmless and indemnify Language in Motion, LLC for any claims due to injury, disability or death.
• Furnish IRS Form W-9, certificates of coverage or other forms relevant to insurance, current mailing and e-mail addresses upon request.
• Time finish appointments using I2S2 within 7 days of a completed work assignment and to require payment of said invoice in no less than 45 days. 
• Prior to providing services, Contractor shall notify Language in Motion, LLC if Contractor's policies are incompatible with Language in Motion, LLC's policies, including cancellation, travel, and night/weekend rates.

Contractor IS NOT AN EMPLOYEE of Language in Motion, LLC and IS NOT covered under Workers' Compensation.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. Contractor shall immediately cease performance of services upon notice of termination of this Agreement. 

This Agreement supersedes any oral agreements and can only be modified in writing and signed by both parties.
