    Usually, you will start to see the package’s progress displayed through the tracking scans in approximately 24-72 hours after it has been handed off but we do kindly ask that you allow up to 5 business days before growing too concerned, as sometimes these initial scans are skipped accidentally.

    If 5 business days pass without any updates, feel free to come back to this form and we will investigate further for you!

    For reasons we honestly do not understand, shipping to Mexico, specifically, takes at least 3 times longer than almost anywhere else globally, even though we are shipping from the United States. Regardless of which carrier we try to use.

    This being said, in some cases, orders to Mexico may require up to 45 days to arrive and we sincerely apologize for the delay.

    Getting ahold of someone at USPS by phone is extremely difficult. Thus, we encourage/strongly suggest that you stop by your local post office at your earliest convenience with the tracking information that we provided. 

    You can locate your tracking number in the email you received when your order shipped or under your account details page here.

    After many years of correspondence with USPS directly, getting help from your local post office is what they recommend. They will be able to pull your delivery driver's manifest to pinpoint exactly where it was "delivered".
