  • With everyone working remotely, it is more difficult to keep track of what is happening and what everyone is doing.

    We previously had everyone submit their hours and activities in two ways: Asana and Google sheets. This form will replace both. Please submit your hours and activities every day you work. If you forget to do that one day, please do it asap.

    We will continue to use Asana To-Do pages to assign and communicate about projects.

    If you have questions or suggestions on how to improve the form, please let Robert know.

  • We are constantly adding new names to the dropdown below. If your name has not appeared on prior days, please check again, now.

  • That must be an actual gmail address (@gmail.com), please. We use it as the common key to match records from different sources.

  • This page allows you to enter as many as five separate activities, one at a time. Think broad-brush; individual tasks that are on the same cause and with results going into the same file can be covered as a single activity.

    • Little Things to do Each Day 
    • Note: we changed our procedures a bit. Instead of commenting on flyers, please leave a few words on the social banners interns post to Linkedin.

      Those comments will show Linkedin's algorithm that the post is appealing, and so it will show it to more people. That gives your teammate more recognition and boosts our recruiting message.

    • EVERYONE:

      Each day you work, please take a minute to write a welcome note (a couple of sentences will suffice) on the page with the flyer for each of the new people on our team. If there is not a new person when you look, add a note to a prior addition whom you have not yet welcomed. Here is how you get to those pages:
