Studio Policies & Terms
1. The session does not include any finished portraits.
2. If you are sick on the day of the session, please call to reschedule.
3. You agree to hold harmless, Jody Rael, her representatives, employees, and Jody Rael Photography LLC, from any dispute in the event you become injured during your session or while on the studio premises. Jody Rael Photography and its represernatives will not be held liable for any injury incurred by you or your family, or any damage to your property during the photo session or while on studio premises.
4. You will view your portraits in an online public gallery. After 7 days the gallery is archived. To order images after those days, please schedule an appointment for an in-person viewing. All unordered images are purged after 30 days.
5. While Jody does capture many images during a session, you will see only those images selected by her, the artist, for previewing. She carefully renders each image to ensure maximum artisity and technical perfection. Images with closed eyes, heads turned, duplicates, etc. will not be shown and are removed from the archives permanently after the artist rendering is complete.
6. All ordered images are kept on file for a period of 1 year. Un-ordered images are removed from our archives after 30 days. Re-orders placed more than 60 days after the preview appointment require a minium of $150 re-order.
7. The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving us the exclusive right to reproduce your photographs. Violations include, but are not limited to, making illegal copies, scanning, printing from home or downloading from our website. It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs in any manner without our premission and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalities. Please understand, the photographer wishes to maintain complete control over the print quality, finishes and presentation of the images and any repoduction outside of the studio may lower the quality of the image and scar our reputation for providing superior portraits.

Usage of Images

Jody Rael is an artist, and as such, requests that the work she creates be allowed into art exhibits, displayed in her studio, print competitions and other places that her work is featured regularly. The work is always showcased in the best possible way and will never compromise or jeopardize the photographer's hard earned reputation. Confidentiality in advertising is always maintained.
By signing below, you agree that you have read this portrait agreement and agree to comply with all policies and information included. You also agree that the photographer may use any images created during this commissioned session for display, advertisements, exhibits, sale or trade or other use as deemed appropriate by Jody Rael Photography. You agree these images can be used without any additional compesntation to yourself.
