Please read and follow all instructions carefully before submitting your application: EEF Program Instructions. Winners will be notified by January 31, 2025. By submitting this form, you agree to the terms outlined on our website.

The scholarship is paid in two installments. After submission of mid-term and final reports, due 6 and 12 months after selection, you will receive the second installment. More details will be provided if you are awarded the scholarship.

If selected, you will need to provide documentation to verify the information in your application. All correspondence and award agreements will use the personal information provided below, so please ensure proper grammar and spelling.
