  • Please read and follow all instructions carefully before submitting your application: EEF Program Instructions. Winners will be notified by January 31, 2025. By submitting this form, you agree to the terms outlined on our website.

    The scholarship is paid in two installments. After submission of mid-term and final reports, due 6 and 12 months after selection, you will receive the second installment. More details will be provided if you are awarded the scholarship.

    If selected, you will need to provide documentation to verify the information in your application. All correspondence and award agreements will use the personal information provided below, so please ensure proper grammar and spelling.

  • The information is requested for post-scholarship report generation only and in no way affects your selection for college scholarship awards. However, providing this information may increase your opportunities for scholarships where donors have asked that priority consideration be given to students meeting certain demographic criteria (such as minority status, parent's place of employment, area of study, etc.)

    SAT and ACT scores are not required for scholarship eligibility. However, providing an SAT/ACT score can increase the likelihood of your selection as compared to other candidates.

  • Your essay should be 300-500 words. You should address in your essay what you intend to use the fund for (i.e biomedical research and/or practice) and why a scholarship is important to you. Include any academic and non-academic accomplishments, personal characteristics, or experiences that make you uniquely worthy of scholarship consideration.

  • IX. Letters of Recommendation

    The applicant is responsible for ensuring that references submit their recommendation letters before the application deadline. One recommendation letter is required, with the option to submit up to two. Please provide your reference with the link below to submit their letter so that it can be reviewed before the deadline. Letters submitted after the deadline will not be considered. If your reference cannot submit the letter using the provided link, you may upload a copy of their letter in the submission box.
