DEPOSITS & REFUNDS
all deposits and services are non-refundable, once cancelled/rescheduled your deposit will be lost and will require a new one if re-booking. however, deposits are transferable within 24h of it being sent.

cash only! please have the correct amount at your appointment as i may not have any change. however, if you are short in cash because of any extra charges you can send it through e-transfer.
if you forget or must pay through e-transfer there will be an extra fee of $10.

if you’re driving you can park anywhere along the streets/around the neighbourhood, as long as it’s not in my driveway or blocking any driveways. please and thank you!
REMINDERS
please arrive with absolutely no eye makeup, strip lashes, glue residue, eyeliner, moisturizer/sunscreen, oils or anything! clean eye/eyelids and lashes are a MUST. you will be charged a cleaning fee ($20) if so.
if you show any symptoms of covid-19 at anytime during your appointment i will immediately stop servicing you and ask that you leave. please stay home if you’re feeling sick, there’s always next time. keep yourself and others safe. please and thank you.
please use the washroom before or at your appointment before laying down to avoid breaks during servicing.
REFILL POLICY
you must have at least 40% of your lashes remaining for it to be considered a refill, anything less will be considered a full set. if you book a refill and i see that there is less than 40%, your appointment may be cancelled due to time.
i do not do refills on any other techs previous work. i will not work on top of any techs whatsoever.
REMOVAL POLICY
i do not be offer any removals, unless:
• allergic reaction to the adhesive (my work only)
• removing to get a new set by me (within the same appointment or has already booked a new set in advanced)
