Parkview PTO Funding Request
Use this form to make a Funding Request from the Parkview PTO. A Funding Request is necessary when the expenditure for which the funds are to be used is not part of the approved annual Parkview PTO Budget. The PTO reserves funds for this purpose via the Fund Request line item in our Budget. Funding Requests are considered at Board Meetings, which are typically held the first Tuesday of each month. You will be notified via email if your Funding Request is approved or denied.
