ROUTE, ON DEMAND, SNOW EVENTS CATAGORIZED, ARRIVAL EXPECTATIONS, OPTIONAL BRUSHING.
ROUTE: Snow Blowing Backup Service follows a Pre-planned, Sequential, Location-Specific Schedule to complete its clearing routes. Our typical route includes:
- Morristown
- Morris Township
- Morris Plains
- Cedar Knolls,
- Parts of Denville
- Randolph.
Please do not complete the agreement if your property isn't in any of these NJ towns. We serve around 17–20 customers per snow event, with our operations running all day and night. This agreement is not for those who urgently need clearing and itch to clear their driveway themselves or hire another service because they can't wait for our scheduled arrival. Yes, you are responsible for your property's safety, and you feel trapped while you wait, but payment is still due for contracted service regardless of whether you use it. Failure to wait for us is considered a breach of the agreement.
If our team arrives to find your driveway already cleared,
- A $150 fee will apply to the first offense.
- 2nd time, you will be permanently removed and replaced.
We strive to serve all our customers promptly, but routes require first and last positions.
ON DEMAND:
For all dustings and light snow .5"-3" inches, the service becomes
"On-Demand" requires a specific request via confirmation text.
Snow .5" to 3 inches is not automatically cleared.

- Heavy Event: 9.1”-12” – Automatic arrival
- Very Heavy Event: 12.1”–18” – Automatic arrival
- Record Level Event: 18.1”+ (Arrival As We Can!)
Note: Snow will be measured as accurately as possible - please be aware that some towns can receive more snow than others in the same event due to different elevations.
ARRIVAL EXPECTATIONS:
During moderate to very heavy snowfall, arrival time may extend into the next 24–48 hours after snowfall ends. At times, a 6-hour break may be necessary for safe operation. We are not a pickup truck plow service. Our equipment, including walk-behind blowers, mini skids, and compact loaders, requires extended outdoor work, which takes more time. Typically, each driveway can take 35 (light –90 heavy) minutes to clear. Our equipment must be safely loaded/unloaded at each property, and travel time, equipment changes, and cautious driving add to the schedule. Calling or messaging us won't change our route or timing. If you're on our route, we will arrive as soon as possible.

SAMPLE ARRIVAL TIMING
These two examples are provided to clarify why we may take the time we do.
Arrival Example #1
4.3" of snow, (a Standard Common Event!)
(17 Accounts) x (45 min. clearing times) + (15 min drive times) + (10 min. unload/reload times)
= 19.8 Hrs. (i.e almost 1 Full Day)
This timing does not account for:
- Food Breaks
- Bathroom Breaks
- Unexpected Mechanical or Trailer Issues
- Gas Refilling
- Physical Exhaustion
_____________________________________________
Example 2.
10.4" of snow (a Heavy Less comon Event!)
(17 Accounts) x (increased 70 min. clearing times) + (15 min drive times) + (15 min trailer unload / reload times)
= 28.3 Hrs. + our overnight (6 hr. sleep, dry and warm break!)
Moves to 34.3 Hrs. (Under 48)
Again, this timing does not account for:
- Food Breaks
- Bathroom Breaks
- Unexpected Mechanical Issues
- Gas Refilling
- Trailer Swapping For Different Heavy Equipment

OPTIONAL BRUSHING:
One optional service designed for paver stone driveways
Add on POLY BRUSHING or no fee - PUSH PLOW (w/ poly shoes)
Ideal for delicate paver stone driveways or at times steeper inclines. This brushing add-on is a $35 fee. Using a sweeper brush requires us to absorb the annual poly bristle roll replacement. This method costs us more than the use of metal auger blowers. Note: Larger snowfalls, 6.1"+, may necessitate using a metal auger blower to reduce level before poly brushing.
