    In order to meet high quality service standards, your VA will require appropriate time to service your clinic and your patients. Typically, a clinic of up to 15 appointments per week will require 3 hours of administration support to complete all tasks efficiently and effectively.

    Your VA Services Package will need to be upgraded if: 

    • your clinic has more than 15 appointments per week
    • there are tasks outside of the standard administration package which may require additional time to complete
