I have my own techniques I use to construct my garlands, and can look close to but not replicate anyone else's work. I ONLY CREATE WITH MY OWN great quality BALLOONS. I DO NOT inflate your balloons NOR your kits. All balloon brands vary in shades, and may be slightly different than inspiration photo you provide. CUSTOM COLOR BALLOON garlands start at $35 PER FT. DUE TO DOUBLE MATERIAL, AND DOUBLE TIME TO CREATE.
