Handmade Toledo Workshop Proposal Form for Instructors

If you are interested in teaching a workshop at Handmade Toledo, please complete the following proposal form. Attached photos may be used for promotional purposes, please be mindful of size and quality. If you have any questions, please email hello@handmadetoledo.com
House Rules

Following these guidelines will allow instructors + students to have a safe and organized space to learn and create.

1. Arrive at least 20 minutes prior to when your workshop is scheduled to begin. This will allow you plenty of time to check-in with a Handmade Toledo employee and restructure any tables and chairs if necessary.

2. Tools + materials needed for your class should be listed in detail and submitted in the form below. We will work together on sourcing and providing tools + materials work for workshops on a case by case basis.

3. Tables and floor area must be cleaned before you leave. There are brooms, mops, paper towels, and various cleaning supplies available. Please leave the area in the same condition as it was upon arrival.

4. Large sink + trash / recycling receptacles are located in the back room if needed.

5. If necessary, please provide any protective gear (gloves, goggles, etc.) We can also work together on sourcing + providing these items.

please provide a detailed list of all supplies participants will need to complete the project. If the instructor will be providing all necessary supplies, take that cost into consideration when determining the registration fee for the workshop. Handmade Toledo does have some non-consumables including: scissors, rulers, paintbrushes, etc. and we are happy to work with instructors in sourcing tools + materials.
