If there are any important changes, you will notify us in writing immediately. You will also agree to notify us of any change in your name, address or employment within a reasonable time thereafter. You also promise that everything you have stated in this application is correct to the best of your knowledge. You authorize Alternatives Federal Credit Union to obtain credit reports in connection with this application for credit and for any update, renewal or extension of the credit received. If you request Alternatives Federal Credit Union will tell you the name and address of any credit bureau from which it received a credit report on you. You understand that it is a federal crime to willingly and deliberately provide incomplete or incorrect information on loan applications made to Federal Credit Unions or State Chartered Credit Unions insured by the NCUA.

    All information in this application and the Exhibits are true and complete to the best of your knowledge and are submitted to Alternatives Federal Credit Union so Alternatives Federal Credit Union can decide whether to grant a loan or participate with a lending institution in a loan to you. You agree to pay for or reimburse Alternatives Federal Credit Union for the cost of any surveys, title or mortgages examinations, appraisals, credit reports, etc., performed by non-Alternatives Federal Credit Union personnel provided you have given your consent.

    As consideration for any Management, Technical and Business Development Assistance that may be provided, you waive all claims against Alternatives Federal Credit Union and its consultants.
