Vaccine Eligibility and Appointment Scheduling

Value Specialty Pharmacy is accepting appointments for the flu and COVID-19 vaccines for adults and children AGES 3 AND OLDER. We are also accepting appointments for adults over the age of 18 who are interested in receiving the pneumonia, shingles, tetanus, Hepatitis B, or the RSV vaccine. Please answer the questions below and schedule your appointment. Make sure to schedule an appointment time for EACH person, there are multiple appointments per time slot. You may select multiple vaccines to receive in the same visit.

You will need to bring both your prescription and medical insurance cards along with you to your appointment. There is no charge for the flu and COVID-19 vaccines through most insurances. Medicare will pay for any preventative vaccine with no cost share.

Upon booking, a verification email will be sent to you with further instructions along with the consent form. ***If you do not receive your confirmation email within a few minutes of submitting, try checking your Spam folder***
