Changes/Rescheduling/Cancellations: Email to orders@MyIceman.com is required 30 minutes advance of the original order's scheduled time.
Ice Returns: Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Location Requirement: Vehicles and material handling equipment must remain on a paved surface. Driver will unload the ice at one central location (for example, machine or freezer). Destination for the ice must be accesible for our company issued ice cart, and have a clear, paved surface, to and from the Iceman delivery truck. ICEMAN LLC POLICY PROHIBITS DRIVER FROM DELIVERING UP OR DOWN STAIRS.
Delivery Time Not Guaranteed: We strive to accomodate every order in the requested time. However, due to ice being a commodity, there are instances when demand exceeds our capacity. If it appears we will not make the requested time frame, we will contact you approx 10 minutes before the end of your time window with an updated ETA, and the option to cancel for a full refund.
