We are looking for individuals who will engage and support all students in learning by using a variety of instructional strategies to respond to students’ diverse needs; Implement and/or develop lesson plans that ensure the attainment of state standards and the specific learning standards within the subject area; Understand and organize subject matter by using Pathway provided curriculum/materials and/or standards-aligned resources to make the subject matter accessible to all students; Coordinate lesson plans with other teachers to reinforce student knowledge on an interdisciplinary basis; Provide an inviting, exciting, innovative learning environment; Plan instruction and design learning experiences for all students by sequencing instructional activities and materials for student learning (long-term assignments).

Since I will be working with children, I understand that I must submit to a fingerprint check by the FBI and possibly other federal and state authorities. I agree to fully cooperate in providing and recording as many sets of my fingerprints as are necessary for such an investigation. I authorize the school to conduct a criminal records check. I understand and agree that any offer of employment that I may receive from the school is conditioned upon the receipt of background information, including criminal background information. The school may refuse employment or terminate conditional employment if the school deems any background information unfavorable or that it could reflect adversely on the school or on me as a Christian role model.
