By signing this form, the buyer hereby acknowledges receipt of the vehicle (details of which are set out below) (the "Vehicle" The parties agree that the buyer shall, with effect from the handover date and time (as set out below) (the "Effective Handover"), be responsible for any and all fines, summons, fees and/or claims arising out of and in respect of the Vehicle, subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the attached Vehicle Sales and/or Purchase Agreement.

The seller agrees to effect ownership transfer of the vehicle to the buyer within 7 days of the Effective Handover.
