Testing Guidelines
- You MUST have permission from your coach in order to register for a test
- All testers MUST BE current USFS members
- No REFUNDS/CREDIT after the deadline - illness or injury MAY be excepted
- Contingent Tests will be put at the end of the schedule
- For Partnered Dance/Pair Tests, if both skaters are testing, each candidate must submit an application.
- Out of Club and Second Club candidates must request a Test Permission Form from their Home Club Test Chair to be EMAILED to bstoermer82@gmail.com
- Out of Club members will owe a $25.00 Out of Club Fee (see below).
- Second Club members will NOT be charged the Out of Club Fee.
- If you are submitting a 2nd application for the same test session, please select the "Second Application for the same Test Session" option to have the Admin Fee waived
