In the Simple Manual system option, you can also add an overhead transfer rail to your oven. However, in this case, there will be no rail connection between the booth and other facility equipment—the oven will have its own independent rail. If you require a fully connected rail system between all processes, please select the Bar Transfer system. For fully automatic facilities, choose the Continuous Conveyor system option.

All our cabins are equipped with wheels for mobility. Cartridge Filtered: If you want to reclaim powder coating in filtered models, a separate filter must be used for each color. This is not necessary in cyclone cabins. If you do not intend to reuse the sprayed powder coating, filtered cabins offer a cost-effective solution. Mono Cycloned: The Mono Cyclone system allows for quick color changes and effortless reuse of powder coating in the cabin. The used powder can be reclaimed without the need to replace filters.

Please choose the painting booth body shape. These chassis types are applicable to both Mono Cyclone and Filtered models. MODEL-K: This is the short-depth model. It can be placed at the front or rear of rail systems and is used as a powder extraction wall. MODEL-L: This model has an extended lower chassis. Powder sprayed in front of the cabin falls onto the cabin platform instead of the factory floor. The spilled powder can be swept into a drawer using a broom and reused. This prevents contamination of the factory floor.

Standard filtered spray booth models require an additional exhaust duct connection. However, if you choose the Nano Filter Add-On, there will be no need to connect an air duct to the extraction fan. With the Nano Filter Add-On, the extracted air is first filtered through powder and then HEPA filters before being safely released back into the environment.

Please select how you would like to hang the part to be coated in front of the booth. Rotating Hanger Type: With this hanger type, you can move the workpiece mounted on the booth back and forth, and also rotate it around its own axis. Rail Stand: In this hanger type, a rail is installed in front of the booth. The workpiece suspended from the rail can be moved left and right. Optionally, with a special bar attachment, it can also be rotated around its own axis. This rail can be connected to the oven. Note: If your workpiece is longer than 1.5 meters, the rail system must be positioned away from the booth in order to allow the piece to rotate around its own axis. However, this reduces powder extraction efficiency. In such cases, two booths can be placed side by side in front of and behind a centrally positioned rail, allowing both sides of the workpiece to be coated without rotation.

Surface treatment plays a critical role in enhancing the performance of both powder and wet paint coatings. When applied correctly, it significantly improves paint adhesion and corrosion resistance. Issues such as corrosion and blistering are often the result of inadequate or improper surface preparation. This process can be carried out manually by wiping the surface of the material or using certain surface washing machines.

A blast cabinet offers an efficient solution for cleaning, deburring, finishing, and preparing a wide range of materials. Regardless of the media used—such as aluminum oxide, glass beads, silicon carbide, plastic beads, or organic materials—blast cabinets designed for continuous operation can significantly boost productivity and reduce costs by replacing labor-intensive manual processes like sanding, chemical cleaning, acid etching, wire brushing, and deburring. You can choose from our range of standard sandblasting cabinets offered at competitive prices.

In Bar Transfer systems, the bars carrying the workpieces are manually moved along rails between process stations. When determining the spacing between rail axes, make sure the distance is greater than the width of your narrowest workpiece. For wider parts, you can suspend them across multiple bars on separate rails. If you have no idea, you may skip this question.

It is possible to install both automatic and manual powder coating booths within the same facility. There are two main types of powder coating spray booths: 1. Powder Coating Rooms: These are typically used for manual powder coating of large workpieces. Automatic coating equipment can be added later if required. Powder coating rooms do not support powder recovery—only powder collection is possible. In automatic powder coating rooms, the bar carrying the workpieces remains stationary, while robots on both sides move back and forth along the length of the booth to apply the powder coating. 2. Fully Automatic Powder Coating Booth with Recovery System: If sufficient installation space is available, a fully automatic booth with a powder recovery system can be integrated into the line. These systems use a single rail equipped with an automatic bar driver that moves the bar—loaded with workpieces—through the booth. The parts are coated by powder coating robots during this automated movement.

You can add multiple rails to the Chemical Pretreatment System. This selection should be based on how many fully loaded bars of workpieces you intend to powder coat per day, as the total duration of a washing process plays a key role in determining the system's capacity. Typically, systems are designed with 1, 2, or 3 rails.

    1. Automatic Floor Sweeping with Media Recovery System: Used blasting media is automatically collected and transported to the recovery unit using pneumatically driven scraper shovels or a belt conveyor, which moves the media through linear and cross-feed channels. 2. Manual Sweeping into Recovery System: The operator manually sweeps the used abrasive with a brush or shovel into the automatic recovery system for reuse. 3. Abrasive media scrapers are located at the bottom of the blasting booth. If excavation is possible at the installation site, the scrapers are embedded into a pit in the floor, allowing level access to the booth. However, if excavation is not feasible, the booth is mounted on a steel chassis that houses the scrapers. In this case, there will be a minimum entry height of 25 cm at the booth entrance.

There are two different modes of how our air wash seperator can be operated. Please choose either a Y-piece or an extra filter:Y-Piece : The Y-piece is a cheap option that uses the main dust collector as air stream for the abrasive cleaning unit. The configurator automatically adds 2000m³/h to the calculation of airflow for the main dust collector.Extra Filter : If you buy an extra dust collection filter for the air-washed separator, you can make the adjustments on the separator easier and ensure less consumable wear.

For all our filters we are offering a silencer for the exhaust air ducting and a noise insulation for the fan, both parts can be chosen separately. We at Proton are only using quality silencers and noise insulation that are especially adapted to the filter size. Silencer : The silencers are of the absorption silencer type and the damping ability is affected by the geometric design and the chosen damping material. Every silencer is especially adapted to the filter/fan type. For best results we are using rectangular and round silencers filled with mineral wool. The standard silencer reduces the noise level to about 85 dB(A) at 1m of the exhaust air. Acoustic Insulation : The acoustic insulation reduces the noise of the fan, which is especially important in the inside of the hall when you do not have an engine room. The acoustic insulation reduces the noise to about 85 dB(A) at 1m.
