Service Unit Delegate/Alternate Selection
Each Service Unit is entitled to elect one (1) Council Delegate with an additional one (1) Council Delegate per 150 youth members registered in the area served by the Service Unit as of September 30 of the previous membership year (September 30, 2024). Each Service Unit may elect one (1) alternate. Terms of office begin on January 1. A full position description is found on our Board of Directors and Governance page or here.

This spreadsheet shows how many Council Delegates each Service Unit is alloted based on membership numbers as of September 30, 2024. If you are unsure if your Service Unit has already selected a delegate for 2025, or if you have any questions, please reach out Kimberly O'Brien, Delegate Liaison, at kobrien@gsnypenn.org or 315.915.8995.

The Annual Meeting of the Corporation will take place on Saturday, May 3, 2025. Information will be provided in March 2025 regarding the meeting.
