Coaches, Participants, and Family Members:
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, please keep in mind the following:
We will make every effort to conduct this event in the safest manner possible for all participants, coaches, and parents. Please Note: NO participants, coaches, judges, parents, or attendees will be required to wear a mask. Skaters may choose to wear or not wear a mask when on the floor competing or warming up. Coaches should assess skaters and any parents or guardians prior to attending and participating. If anyone is sick, they should stay at home and not attend the competition. The meet organizers, rink, AARS and any local agencies do not assume any responsibility for participation or attendance at the competition. Skaters, coaches, spectators or anyone else assume responsibility for their participation and/or attendance and agree to comply with any guidelines posted or requested by the event organizers, rink, local agencies, or AARS.
In the event that the meet is cancelled, we will refund entry fees. If the event is not cancelled, but a skater chooses not to attend, we will not refund entry fees.

We have safely reopened our facility consistent with the guidelines of El Paso County, the State of Colorado, and the Federal Government of the United States of America. We are glad that you have chosen to come to our facility, but you must understand that roller skating and roller skating competitions are communal and social activities. When you enter our facility, you acknowledge and understand that you may come into contact with other persons who may be ill and contagious and may be unaware of his or her condition. By coming into contact with other persons, you may be exposed to the virus (SARS-CoV-2) that causes Covid 19. This virus increases the risk of serious illness or injury, permanent disability and death. By entering our facility and participating in the roller competition, you consent to our admission requirements. Masks will be available to everyone along with hand sanitizer.
Your signature or your parent/guardian’s signature is required to participate and/or attend this event. By signing this, you accept all risks and responsibilities for participation in this event.
