Our Tutu Soirée is a delightful party experience tailored for a Primpcess, accommodating eight young guests, including the birthday girl. Each participant will have her own mannequin and materials to craft a unique tutu skirt. The celebration also features customized chip bags and water bottles, personalized with the birthday girl's name and age. To culminate the festivities, the event concludes with a mini red carpet fashion show, allowing each girl to proudly showcase her creation.

  • 🧡💛Party Rules & Guidelines: 💛🧡

    - Parties are permitted exclusively on Saturdays or Sundays.
    - Saturday time slot is from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
    - Sunday offers two time slots: 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
    - Weekday/Holiday pricing and availability may differ.
    - Please adhere to the specified time slots for scheduling.

    💛🧡Cost of Party:💛🧡 

    🟨 Venue rental for your home is set at $595. To confirm your reservation, arrangements need to be made at least four (4) weeks ahead of time, along with a nonrefundable deposit of $150. The standard theme offered is "Pretty In Primp," which includes a color scheme of orange, gold, and cream, along with coordinated table and party decorations. Should you wish for a personalized theme, it can be organized for an extra charge of $50.

    Punctuality is essential; all parties should begin and conclude on time to stick to the schedule.
    The outstanding balance is required by the Friday before the event, and payments can be made using cash, check, or money order, as debit and credit cards are not permitted.

    The gathering can host up to 8 participants, with the possibility of increasing to a total of 16 guests. There will be an extra charge of $25 for each additional attendee.

    Please make sure that the extra payment is completed before the event date, as we do not accept payments on the day of the gathering.

     

    🧡💛Parking: 💛🧡

    At Pretty In Primp, we kindly ask for a designated area to efficiently load and unload party supplies, along with onsite or driveway parking if possible. If there are any parking fees, like meter charges, the party planner will be responsible for covering those costs. Additionally, if the party planner directs us to park in a validated space and our vehicle gets towed, the party planner will be accountable for the towing fees. Not reimbursing these expenses after such instructions could result in legal action.

    💛🧡Pre-Set Up Requirements:💛🧡

    We will get there an hour and a half before the 2.5-hour party begins to set everything up. Please make sure the designated area is clear and ready for our setup. Also, ensure that we have access to an outlet for the balloons and decorations.

  • 🧡💛Rescheduling & Cancellations💛🧡

    Life is often unpredictable, and we recognize that situations may necessitate the cancellation of your party. Should you need to cancel, you are entitled to a full refund, including your deposit, if you do so within 24 hours of signing the agreement. After this period, all payments become non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule, you have 30 days from the original party date to select a new date. Please ensure that the full payment is completed at least two weeks prior to the event, and note that we offer payment plans to enhance affordability. Payments will not be accepted on the day of the party.

    💛🧡Rain Date Info💛🧡

    Pretty In Primp staff is unable to operate in rainy conditions. However, we do provide a rain date option for outdoor events at an additional cost. While we recognize that weather can be unpredictable, we also offer two 10x10 tents for rent, subject to an extra fee.

    🧡💛Pretty In Primp Team Safety💛🧡

    We are dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for all our customers, party attendees, and guests. To ensure we can provide the highest quality service, we kindly ask our customers to meet a few essential requirements. If the event is hosted at your residence, please ensure there is adequate space for our setup, and that the area is clean and unobstructed; we will leave it in the same condition. Additionally, we do not conduct parties outdoors in rainy conditions or when temperatures fall below 70 degrees Fahrenheit. For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to cancel the event if safety is at risk, and please be aware that no refunds will be issued in such cases.

    🧡💛Destruction of Property💛🧡

    We enforce a strict policy against property damage. Our mannequins represent the highest quality available in the industry, and we take great pride in our linens and merchandise. In the event that our easels, tables, or party equipment are damaged, we will notify the customer via text message and email. A bill will be issued along with photographs of the damaged items, and payment must be made within 72 hours. Failure to comply will result in legal action, with charges not exceeding $1,000.

  • 💛🧡COVID Guidelines & Restrictions: 💛🧡

    In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we at Pretty In Primp are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all our guests. We kindly request that all attendees aged two and older wear a mask upon entering the venue and throughout the duration of the party. While we are eager to celebrate, our priority is to maintain a safe environment for everyone involved. To further this goal, we will conduct temperature checks for each guest before entry. Any individual with a temperature exceeding 99.9 degrees will not be allowed to enter, without exception. In the unfortunate event that the birthday girl or her signing parent is unwell, the party can be rescheduled to the next available date within 30 days, subject to availability. Please note that all payments made to Pretty In Primp are non-refundable but can be applied as credit for future services.

Upon receiving your booking request and deposit, we will confirm your reservation. If your desired date is unavailable and you choose not to select an alternative date, a refund will be issued.
