     Our Tutu Soirée is a party fit for a Primpcess! The party includes a setting for 8 little ladies (Birthday Girl included), each adorned with her OWN mannequin and supplies to create her very own tutu skirt. The party also features personalized Chip Bags & Water Bottles with the Birthday Girls name and age! And to top it all off the party concludes with a mini red carpet fashion show, so each girl can show off her skirt!

  • 🧡💛Party Rules & Guidelines: 💛🧡

    Parties are ONLY allowed on Saturday OR SUNDAY’S.

    Saturday Time Slot: 3:00PM-5:30PM

    Sunday Time Slot: 2:00-4:30PM

    Sunday Time Slot: 5:00-7:30PM

    Weekday/Holiday Prices & Times vary.

    Cost of Party: 

    🟨Home/Venue $395

    Parties need to be booked at least 3 weeks in advance, no exceptions with a $100 deposit.

    The party theme included is Pretty In Primp, adorned with the colors Orange, Gold, and cream with coordinating table and celebration decor. IF you’d like a theme of your own, it can be accommodated at an additional cost of $50.

    Parties are to start and end SHARPLY, no exceptions due to scheduling.

    Parties remaining balance is due the FRIDAY before said gathering. Payments can be made using cash, check, or money order.

    No debit or credit cards excepted.

  • 🧡💛Guest Capacity: 💛🧡

    The party includes 8 participants, but we can provide a party for up to 16! An additional charge will be added for the new party goers.

    **The additional price needs to be paid PRIOR to date of party, NOT THE DAY OF.** 

    🧡💛Parking: 💛🧡

    We, Pretty In Primp ask that efficient space is provided for unloading and loading of party supplies. We request that we have onsite/driveway parking if available. 
    **If we must pay for parking, ie: Meter; this is the responsibility of the party planner.**
    **If Pretty In Primp is instructed by party planner/payee to park in a validated spot & our vehicle is towed, the party planner is responsible for said fee.**

     

  • 🧡💛Rescheduling & Cancellations💛🧡

    Unfortunately, life does happen and it's never at a good time. If for any reason you have to cancel you party, you will have 24 hours from signing the agreement to get a FULL refund including your deposit. If after the 24 hours expired, you will NOT RECEIVE initial deposit but all other funds can be returned. If for any reason you need to rescheduled your party, please let us know at least ONE WEEK before said party. Party CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED the Friday before. If balance is not $0 prior to gathering, unfortunately the party will be forfeited, and remaining funds will NOT be returned.

    🧡💛Pretty In Primp Team Safety💛🧡

    We love providing an amazing experience for all our customers, party goers, & guests. In order for us to provide the best, we do require a few key things from our customers.
    *If the party is in your home, we do need to have sufficient space to set up the party. Please have the Space clean & clear and we will return it the same way. 
    *We DO NOT have parties in the rain or OUTSIDE if the temperature is below 70 degrees Fahrenheit. 
    *If the safety of our staff is compromised, we can terminate the party & there is NO REFUND!

    🧡💛Destruction of Property💛🧡

    We have a strict NO DESTRUCTION of property rule. Our mannequins are of the highest quality the industry provides! We take pride in our facility as well as our merchandise. If our Easel/Tables/Party Equipment are destroyed there will be [up to] a $250 fee paid before the end of the party. Damage to any other part of the party will result in a fee not to exceed $1000.

  • 🧡COVID Guidelines & Restrictions: 💛

    Due to the COVID-19 virus, we are all taking the extra steps to make sure we are all healthy. Pretty In Primp, also follows these instructions, rules, and regulations. We ask that ALL guests over the age of 2 years wear a mask upon entering the building as well as through the party. Although we are excited about having fun, we would like to provide a safe environment for all guests and hosts.

    For each party goer, there temperature will be taken prior to entering the establishment. If ANY of the guests temperate is higher than 99.9 they will NOT BE PERMITTED into the building, No Exceptions. If unfortunately, the birthday girl is sick or signing parent, the date CAN be moved to the next available date. The deposit is non-refundable BUT you can get back your remaining balance IF PAID.

    When you sign below, you are agreeing to the terms, guidelines, and rules of our Tutu Soiree Birthday Party. Once we get this submission of you wanting to book a party with us and your deposit, we will write you in. IN THE CASE your date is not available, you will receive a refund, if you do not want another date. To be sure of your date, send us an email to MAKE SURE your date/time is available.
