IdentiSys 2025 Vendor Fair Registration

The IdentiSys 2025 Sales Meeting will be held at Horseshoe in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Vendor Fair will be on Monday, January 13th and Tuesday, January 14th. It is recommended that vendors arrive on Sunday, January 12th, as there will be optional network opportunities that evening, and setup for the vendor show starts early the next morning. Hotel accommodations for up to a certain number of guests depending on sponsorship level are included for Sunday and Monday night.

This year, vendors are scheduled to have 15 to 20-minute trade show booth sessions with all IdentiSys sales reps and management. All sponsors are invited to join the IdentiSys team for a dinner and networking event on Monday evening.

Vendor sponsorship registration can be paid with a credit card (plus a 2.9% processing fee), check, PO, or in the form of a vendor product credit.

Important Note: Due to the meeting requirements at the venue, vendors must book hotel accommodations thru IdentiSys. Sponsorship automatically includes limited hotel accommodations for vendor personnel for two nights, but more rooms can be added separately. In past years, vendors had to book rooming separately with the venue.

**Additional attendees are $750 extra per person ($350 vendor badge & $400 two nights hotel stay) beyond what selected sponsorship level provides. This includes vendor fair badge, food, beverage, and the networking dinner.
