The IdentiSys 2026 Sales Meeting will be held at Margaritaville Resort Orlando. The Vendor Fair will take place on Thursday, January 8th, and Friday, January 9th, 2026. Vendors are encouraged to arrive on Wednesday, January 7th, to take advantage of networking opportunities with the IdentiSys sales team and to set up their vendor table in advance.
This year, vendors are scheduled to have 15- to 20-minute trade show booth sessions with all IdentiSys sales reps and management. All sponsors are invited to join the IdentiSys team for a networking dinner event on Thursday evening, January 8th.
Vendor sponsorship registration can be paid with a credit card (plus a 2.9% processing fee), check, PO, or vendor product credit.
Important Note: Due to meeting requirements at the venue, vendors must book hotel accommodations through IdentiSys. Sponsorship automatically includes limited hotel accommodations for vendor personnel for two nights (Wednesday and Thursday), with the option to add additional rooms separately.
