Are you coming from another country?
I am aware that should I need to reschedule my appointment for any reason within 72 hours of my appointment, another $100 deposit and new date/time for an appointment will be required to not forfeit my design. I am also aware cancelling my appointment forfeits my deposit.
I am aware that all appointments require a non-refundable $100 deposit which I will pay via etransfer/cash once I have agreed with my artist on a date and time for booking. I agree my date and time are not confirmed until a deposit is received by my artist.
I have read and understand my artist's booking policies as listed in their highlights on Instagram.
I will alert my artist if I experience any COVID-19 or flulike symptoms prior to my appointment to ensure a prompt reschedule.
