  • The warranty can be claimed by the consumer for products for which a warranty is mandatory (the list of these products is determined by the Rules on goods for which a warranty for faultless operation is issued) and for those for which a voluntary warranty has been given. During the warranty period, the consumer can request the guarantor to rectify the defect free of charge. If the defect cannot be rectified or is not rectified by the company within a total of 45 days, the consumer may request a replacement for a new free product.
