  • I understand that I am shipping this unit in for repair at my own risk.  DBM Pro Audio accepts NO responsibility if the unit arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling.  I understand that I must take out insurance on the unit for it's full replacement value, and will follow the instructions for double box packing and shipping as listed above.  

    Before repair will begin, DBM will contact me to authorize repair.  Payment for the repair must be processed prior to comencement, and any and all parts must be paid for before we can order from the manufacturer.  I understand that return shipping is billed to the client.
