  • Club Med offer the credit option to your client when their booking is affected by the Australian or New Zealand Government Outbound/Inbound international travel Restrictions or Quarantine Mandates.

    Once you complete this form, your client will receive a Future Travel Credit for the full amount they have paid for the resort, transfers, and any Club Med resort services such as Baby Club, Petit Club, excursions, spa packages, or private sports lessons, please fill in the form below.

    The Future Travel Credit is valid for travel by the following dates:

    a) Booking made for travel dates up until 31 October 2021

    New travel dates must be completed by 31 October 2022 for Sun resorts OR 30 April 2023 for Snow resorts.

    b) Booking made for travel dates from 1 November 2021 to 16 December 2022

    New travel dates must be completed by 30 April 2023 for travel to any Club Med resorts.

    If your client has booked flights with us, we will work with your client’s nominated airline and advise you of your client’s options. This will be determined by their own booking terms and conditions.

    Once your client’s booking is cancelled, we will send you a credit letter outlining the credit amount and detailed Terms & Conditions. Credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

    If your client's booking is not affected by the Australian or New Zealand Government Outbound/Inbound International Travel Restrictions or Quarantine Mandates and your client decides to cancel the booking, cancellation fees apply as per Club Med standard terms and conditions.
