I am so excited that you are interested in joining the Amanda Neeley Hair tribe and I can’t wait to meet you. I'd love to walk you through few questions, ask you to upload some photos, and based on your answers, I'll give you my recommendation for which appointment would be best for you. Please complete the form in full and I’ll be in touch within 24 hours of your request during my work week which is Thursday-Sunday. (You don't need to show your face )The first one will be you facing the camera with your hair pulled forward, the other two photos will be your head turned as far as you can to one side and then the other to show both sides of your hair clearly. (left & right)

By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request based on the answers I provide. I understand that hair extensions services still require an in-person consultation to color match my ideal end result and hair purchase pricing.

In response, I will receive an email with appointment scheduling information. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 5 weeks to be seen.
