➢ Trash is not to be disposed of on premises.
➢ The client who's renting Space is responsible for the behavior and action of all parties accompanying the client while on the premises.
➢ Note: Lot has 24/7 Recorded Security Cameras running.
➢ Please do not block gate enterance.
➢ Please do not park in any other Lot Space not belonging to you without permission. Just because it's empty doesn't mean it's not reserved.
➢ Note: Although it's not enforced and we've not experenced any issues we do recommend everyone carry insurance on his/her personal property.

RELEASE of LIABILITY: I hereby release OJO Holdings LLC dba (Baton Rouge Outdoor Storage) of any responsibility or liability for loss and/or damages to my personal property, including but not limited to partial or total theft, collision, fire, acts of god, weather, construction, etc. during the course of my personal property being located at any of OJO Holdings LLC Outdoor Storage locations. I understand that in the event that my personal property needs to be removed from the premises and/or moved to another spot within the premises I will be responsible for any charges incurred.
I understand and agree that neither OJO Holdings LLC dba (Baton Rouge Outdoor Storage), nor its trustees, directors, officers, members, employees, representatives, volunteers, instructors, or agents may be held liable in any way for any injury, harm or other damages as a result of storing my personal property on the premises.
I have read the Release of Liability and understand all the regulations for proper storage, driving and overall conduct. I understand that personal property stored in violation of the regulations are subject to, but not limited to booting, towing or all out removal of personal property. I further understand that violation of regulations may lead to revocation of any future storage privileges.
