    Package Price for 50= $2200  +  Extra Guests: 30 x $3 = $90
    • Above packages may be customized with limitations to suit your requirements

    • Basic Package do not apply in La Fiesta (HALL B), it is ONLY valid for bookings in Joy (Hall A)

    • We DO NOT offer Catering, you can bring your own food, we can just recommend catering service of different cosines.

    • Only DJ, Photographer, videographer are allowed to attend, No outside Waiters, Servers, Bartenders, Chefs, Decorators, Event planners.

    • NO ANY OUTSIDE DECOR, SPEAKERS, COOKING, ELECTRIC or GAS EQUIPMENT are allowed (Only Laptops and DJ Mixer)

    • Available MEDIA Options:    Photography   $100 / Hr, Videography $100 / Hr, Live Streaming $50 / Hr    

    • The Latest any one can stay in the Hall is up to 12.00 Midnight

    • To firm your booking a down payment has to be paid (50% of the Total cost + $200-$400 Security deposit) 

    • All prices are firm and excluding the Tax (13% tax MUST be added)   
  • We have 2 Halls Available:

    Hall A "JOY" fits up to 50 seated Person comfortably on round tables with dancing area and head area

    Hall B "La Fiesta" fits up to 80 seated Person comfortably on round tables with dancing area and stage

    OPTIONS & ITEM PRICE LIST

    The following features are added options that you may add, Price depends on number of guests, duration of booking & selected items, all below listed prices are for general reference only (DO NOT QUOTE US ON THESE SPECIFICS) , Price, options and
    package may change without any prior notice if not booked at the same time when down payment is paid, Option Price is different when included in a package than when it is booked indivisualy.

    FOOD SERVICE Add-ons:

    • Each Additional Stainless-steel Chaffing dishes warmers with continues heating and service spoons (Add $15 per each Dish set with 2 flames)
    • Each additional Porcelain plate / Glass / Cup / Mug / Plate (Add $0.75 per piece)
    • Appetizer Set of Plate & Cutlery (Add $1 / Person)
    • Fabric Napkins, white (Add $1 per person)
    • Extra Female Server/Waiter/Bartender (Add $40/hr, minimum 5 hrs)
    • Charger Plates (Add $1/Person)

      

    DRINKS Add-ons:

    • If you are bringing in any Alcoholic drinks, we charge $350 per event for the utilization of the Bar equipment & accessories, ice is provided and a Dedicated Bartending Service.
    • HOT DRINKS: unlimited Tea & Coffee, sweetner, sugar, milk & Cream with paper cups (Add $1.50 Per Person)
    • COLD DRINKS: unlimited pop drinks in cans of several types e.g. Coke, Diet Coke, Canadadry, etc.. (Add $1.50 per Person)
    • WATER:  unlimited plastic botteled watter  (Add $1.00 per person)

    Is my Date available for booking?

    To answer this question, you must call us at (866) 644-4225

    What is the price difference between Hall A & B?

    Prices are the same, as we go only by packages, so you choose the package you want and then you check which hall is available and suits your need

    What is Required from the Caterer to do?

    Simply just to deliver the Food to our doorstep & we take care of the rest

    How do you keep the food warm?

    Once the Caterer deliver the Food, we place it in the warmers to be ready for service

    Do you offer plated Food Service?

    Our standard service is “Open Buffet” Style

    Can I bring my Own Décor?

    Sorry, as we have our own décor, so NO Outside Décor is allowed

    What if I want to come earlier to do the setup?

    you can always book extra time to do what ever you want, setup time -if needed- is charged as per our policy, No FREE Time, more over we almost do everything for you before your event, so you do not have to come earlier and that saves you money

    Can My DJ or Photographer come early?

    If they need to come early then you must book extra time for them as per our fees policy, however especially with our advanced sound and light system, your DJ will not need extra setup time as they dose elsewhere

    Is there going to be someone to help with any technical issues needed?

    Yes, absolutely, technical support is always available all during your event

     

    Are Children counted in the number of guests?

    Our policy is who ever going to sit on a chair or eat in a plate should be counted
