Booth Sign, Badges & Show Guide Listing Form

Please fill in the names you would prefer to have on the booth sign, badges and in the show guide. Deadline November 10th.

Each Exhibitor will receive a booth sign and 2 badges. If a name is not provided, the second badge will read "Artist Assistant." 

If  we do not hear from you, we will use the studio name and name provided on your application.
