    Our Academic Year runs from January to December. If you are making an application, please note that your application will be added to our waiting list. We are unable to offer places at the moment. You will be offered places according to our terms and conditions listed below.

    Terms and Conditions

    Please read the following guidelines and Student Application Terms & Conditions before completing the Student Application form:

    1. Only parents or carers of children must complete the Student Application Form. If you are completing this form on behalf of someone, please ensure you have the parents/carers permission to do so.

    2. It will take you between 10 - 15 minutes to complete the Student Application form.

    3. Each application entry must contain children from one family only. For each new family, a new application form must be completed. Extended family members' children must not be included on the same application form

    4. You can follow the steps and complete an application for up to 5 children from the same family. On the next page, please select the number of children you wish to apply for accordingly.

    5. We only process applications for students between the ages of 4 years - 15 years. If your child is younger than 4 years of age, we will place the application on the waiting list until the child is old enough to be offered a place in Reception Class. If your child is older than 15 years of age, we will reject the application. 

    6. The BTIT Sunday Islamic School delivers an Islamic Studies curriculum in the English language for children who have started Reception class in their mainstream school till they reach Year 10.

    7. Places are offered in accordance with mainstream school-age/year group criteria. Children will be offered places at BTIT Sunday Islamic School in the same year groups they are in their mainstream school.

    8. Before proceeding to complete the application form, please note that you will be charged an application fee based on the number of children you wish to apply for. The application fee is £3.99 per child. You will require a credit/debit card or a PayPal account to pay for the application fee. The application forms will not be submitted unless payment is made. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable. 

    9. After you complete your application form, your application will be placed on our waiting list. All applications on the waiting list are reviewed, however, this does not give your child/children immediate admission to the school. If we feel that your application does not meet our Student Application Form Terms and Conditions or we are unable to cater for your child’s/children’s disability, health condition, or additional educational needs, we will not be able to offer your child a place in the school.

    10. When offering places to students, siblings of existing (already attending) students will be given priority over children from new families (who do not have any children attending the school). Similarly, we may prioritise student applications if one or both parents/guardians/carers are volunteering at the school. All places offered to children from new families will be prioritised on a first come first serve basis.

    11. The BTIT Sunday Islamic School academic year runs from January to December.

    12. Please ensure to provide detailed and accurate information on health conditions, disabilities, behaviour, and other special educational needs. We require this information to establish if we can provide your child/children with the level of support they require. BTIT is a volunteer-led charitable organisation and does have access to external funding, hence at times we may not have adequate resources available to support your child’s/children’s health condition, disabilities, behaviour, and other special educational needs. If we feel we are unable to cater for your child’s/children’s health condition, disabilities, behaviour, and other special educational needs, we will not be able to offer your child a place in the school.

    13. If you do not provide us with detailed and accurate information regarding your child’s/children’s health condition, disabilities, behaviour and other special educational needs or support needs at the application stage and we are made aware of your child’s/children’s health condition, disabilities, behaviour and other special educational needs or support needs at a later stage, we may have to withdraw the child/children from the school if we are unable to provide your them with the necessary support required.

    14. Application forms must be completed accurately. BTIT will not accept liability for any missing/incorrect information entered by the person completing the form.

    15. BTIT has the right to reject applications if they contain incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information.

    16. We will contact you when we are ready to offer your child/children a place in the school. If your child/children are offered a place but you do not accept the places offered to them, we will remove their details from our waiting list. If you decide at a later stage that you would like your child/children to attend the school, you will have to make a new application.

    17. After the application form is submitted, it is the duty of the parents/guardians/carers to inform BTIT regarding changes of address, telephone numbers, mobile telephone numbers, and email addresses. BTIT will not be responsible for any delay or loss of places offered to your child/children if you have not provided the correct and most recent contact details to us.

    18. Parents/guardians/carers have the right to withdraw their children’s applications at any time. We may ask you for a reason for withdrawal to ensure we are doing our best and to ensure we are able to provide you with the best service.
    19. Monthly Costs Per Family Per Month. Donations are charged as follows per family based on the number of children attending the school:

      1 Child Family= £30.00 per month
      2 Children Family = £40.00 per month
      3 Children Family = £50.00 per month
      4+ Children Family = £60.00 per month

    20. BTIT reserves the right to increase the donation amount to ensure the sustainability of the school.
