    1. Straight 2. Wavy Hair is bendable hair ranging from fine --> coarse. Has a definitive "S" patter but lays closer to the head. 3. Curly Hair can be loose, buoyant loops all the way to tight, springy corkscrews. It usually reflects some shine but is easily prone to frizz. 4. Coily hair is commonly referred to as Afro or Kinky Texture. Its naturally very dry & spongy, and can encompass soft & fine --> coarse & wiry. Strands can form very small, tight curls to zig-zags directly from the scalp and are often susceptible to shrinkage.
