This agreement is to verify your participation in the Winterfest 707 Small Business Expo Saturday, December 18th and Sunday, December 19th, 2021 at the The Solano County Fairgrounds - 900 Fairgrounds Drive, Vallejo, CA 94589. Each Small Business vendor must bring own 6-foot table, chairs, and a pop-up or canopy in white preferably (other color tents will not disqualify you from this show; please email firstname.lastname@example.org for questions regarding this recommendation). Small business vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands, we encourage holiday decor elements that may add to the style of the show - this is optional and depending upon the style and amount of decor you are planning to setup, we may consider your booth for the Santa Village marketplace. We encourage vendors to be as unique as you please with your display, however, loud music is prohibited. Outlets are available for electronic equipment, but are limited, those needs should be specified at the bottom of the agreement. Vendors are advised to keep products and exhibits to an 8’x8’ display size. Larger displays should give prior notice to the event coordinator. TBG Productions, LLC is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the exposition floor or concourse. In addition, TBG Productions, LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects. Vendors may have access to event space beginning 5:00PM Friday, December 17th or as early as 6:30 AM on Saturday, December 18th and if vending both days, Sunday, December 19th, 2021. The event concludes at 4:00 pm and vendors have until 5:00 pm for break down. Participation in the December 18th and 19th, 2021 Winterfest 707 Small Business Expo is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services. Vendors must pay the registration fee of $125 before vending space is reserved. Vendor expo floor location is chosen on a first come first serve basis; unless we have selected a location for your booth in Santa's Village. Thanks to the layout of the Solano County Fairgrounds main concourse, all vending areas have an equal amount of visibility. There are no bad spaces. Show management pre selects vendor space for each small business based on your products, however, vendors reserve the right to request a different space, although it is not guaranteed. Payment shall be made directly through PayPal or with any major credit card. Venmo, Checks and PayPal are also accepted please contact event coordinator with payment questions. Registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, an act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, the Winterfest 707 Small Business Expo will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. In the event this event is canceled by TBG Productions, LLC this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund. Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for the Winterfest 707 Small Business Expo. As a registered vendor you are welcome to submit a promotional item, i.e., coupon, business card, flyer etc., to be included in our complimentary registration bags given to all attendees that register for our event in advance. Your signature verifies your consent to these terms.
