I hereby consent that I am a willing participant to being blackmailed, humiliated, exploited etc. by my Financial Dominatrix (Findom) Goddess Rene. By signing this form I give consent to do all of the following, but not limited to, black mailing me, humiliating me in the internet and exploiting me for my personal sexual entertainment. I herby solemnly swear that I was not under duress by my goddess or anyone else to do this. I do understand that by choosing to do this that anything placed on the internet is out of my dominants control and may not be able to be removed if shared by other parties. I also will provide proof of identification for additional consent. I herby understand that I am able to withdraw consent at anytime and all forms of exploitation will cease. By signing this contract I also consent to all of the consequences that may take place during or after this contract as been fulfilled. I will not attempt to file any criminal acts against my findom for these actions previously mentioned. I also understand at any point my findom feels uncomfortable she is able to withdraw this contract, and all blackmail, exploitation, humiliation etc will cease immediately. By filling in this form in its entirety you agree to be blackmailed by Goddess Rene. If at any time you wish to be released from your blackmail contract you fully understand that there will be a get out fee of between $500 USD and $15000 depending on your annual income. The fee will be discussed at the start of our relationship.
