2PM Ayurvedic Yoga - Practices to Calm & Cool with Kirsten Joy Burch
Enjoy this all-levels class that weaves together movement, breath work, and meditation to help you feel cool and light. Open your body with side stretches, gentle backbends, and balancing twists. Learn essential breathing techniques to stay cool all season long. Relax in a savasana and receive the healing nourishment you so effortlessly cultivated during practice.
Yogic and Ayurvedic principles remind us that Summer is the season to include more cooling postures and breath practices and enjoy meditations that calm the mind. This practice may help reduce seasonal agitation, irritability, sour stomach, as well as improve a slow digestion.
Calm, cool, and collected is how we flow!
