Welcome to our online 2025 Pacific CARE Subscription Request Form. The purpose of the Pacific CARE program is to provide general routine maintenance and assistance with the required upkeep on your window/door investment. Aside from being best practice, many manufacturers require documented maintenance to maintain a valid warranty; many end users can miss this in the fine print.
The scope of work includes full inspection, operation, lubrication, and adjustments of all window and door systems, by (1) Pacific Service Technician. We will also take note of additional work or parts needed and provide you a quotation for approval.
Pricing for an individual maintenance visit ranges from $795-$2,995, depending on the quantity of operable units and accessibility. Maintenance frequency can also range from every 3 months, 6 months, or a minimum annual visit. Homes on the coast or in salt fog environments require more maintenance. **If project require (2) techs, extensive travel, overnight stays, and/or highly technical systems, then service can run 2-5x a typical visit.
