Please read each question and prompt carefully before submitting your form as I need all of the information requested in order to give you a time & price estimate.

If I don't think I'm the right person for your project, I will recommend another artist. Make sure to check your spam folder regularly as my emails sometimes end up there.

I want to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible during your appointment. Tattoos are for everyone and I welcome people of all body types, races, genders, sexual orientations, religions & abilities. Please let me know if you’d like me to use a privacy screen or if you have a disability or condition. The studio has step free access. I also offer silent appointments so please let me know if you’d prefer not to chat during your session.
