Please schedule installation and removal at a time when the room is empty. Any moving of furniture will result in an additional charge.Vacuuming is the customer's responsibility. We do not vacuum.If Start Time is delayed by customer/venue more than (1) Hour, additional charges will occur of $75/hr/man.After we install, other vendors should NOT roll carts, AV equipment, truss, heavy items over rugs or installation may be damaged.
