  • Please list the full (first and last) names of ALL of your students who will be in attendance. We need to keep count!

  • Remember to purchase an additional ticket for your sponsorship. We appreciate your generosity!

        All band students receive a FREE ticket to our annual Awards Ceremony and Banquet. Please select the number of band students in your family who will be in attendance. You MUST "purchase" a ticket for your student even if you will not be in attendance!

        All guests are required to purchase a ticket to be admitted to our annual Awards Ceremony and Banquet. Please select the number of guests in your family or group who will be in attendance. The more the merrier!

      • HOW TO PREPARE YOUR PAYMENT

        If paying with check–

        • Make your check payable to Chaparral Band Boosters.
        • List your student's name AND "Banquet Tickets" in the memo.
        • Submit your payment to the Booster Box by Thursday, 11/30.

        If paying with cash–

        • Place your payment in an envelope.
        • Label the outside of the envelope with ALL of the following:
          • Your name
          • Your student's name(s)
          • "Banquet Tickets"
        • Submit your payment to the Booster Box by Thursday, 11/30.

        WHERE TO SEND YOUR PAYMENT

         Submit to the Booster Box

        Drop your envelope off in the Booster Box. The Booster Box is hung on the wall in the band room to the left of the cabinets. Mrs. Mireau can help if neither you nor your student can locate it. Payment is due no later than Thursday, 11/30.
