-Setup time have a 2 hour window.

-There is a 50% non-refundable retainer fee for all bookings. If your event can be fulfilled you will be sent an invoice that must be paid within 24 hours or the invoice will be cancelled. Your balance is due 14 days before your event date, we do not take payments on the day of setup.

- OUTDOOR EVENTS ON HOTTER DAYS!

While everyone loves warm weather days, balloons do not! If your event is outdoors , please consider moving your balloons indoors or to a shady area like under a tent. In sunny areas, your balloons will start fading in color and in some cases, pop, once extreme temperatures of 86°+ are reached. If placed in direct sunlight, your balloons are not guaranteed after installment and Phenomenal Celebrations is not responsible and will not provide a refund.

-SETUP AREA!

The area in which you choose to have your setup in should be cleared before Phenomenal Celebrations arrive to setup. We are not responsible for removing items from the area and setup will not begin until all items are removed.
