Brow Lamination is a process of reconstructing brow hairs to keep them in the desired shape chosen by both you and your artist. During this process, the first step breaks down the proteins in the hairs, while the second step will set the shape of the hairs. Both products have the ability to irritate the skin, so redness may occur but should subside within a few hours. The very last step is the application of a special serum to keep your brows hydrated and in place.

Brow Lamination results can last 4-8 weeks depending on the thickness, natural growth pattern, and at-home maintenance.

I understand Brow Lamination is a process of reconstructing the hairs to keep them in a desired shape, but it is my own responsibility to keep my hairs hydrated and brushed into their desired look daily. *

I understand that my eyebrows must stay dry after Brow Lamination for 48 hours, and should gently wash my face at my bathroom sink using a face cloth to remove any cleanser on my face. I should NOT splash water in my face or put my face directly into the stream of shower water for 48 hours. *

I understand experiencing some redness of the skin or mild irritation is normal, but does not typically last more than a few hours. *

During the treatment, despite all the precautionary measures, injury is possible. I will not hold the technician or SKinfatuated, LLC dba Color Lab NYC, responsible for any issues that may as a result of having the Brow Lamination procedure performed on me. *

Despite the application of the most advanced and top ingredients, a reaction is possible. *

It is my responsibility to advise the technician of any concerns I may have before the Brow Lamination procedure. *

How long Brow Lamination lasts on you may be more or less than the average time of 4-8 weeks, and is based on several factors including my hair growth cycle and how well I follow the aftercare instructions provided to me. *

The artist and SKinfatuated, LLC dba Color Lab NYC, performing the Brow Lamination will not be held liable for any damages caused to me or my eyebrows by any reason, including allergic reaction, to previous procedures such as previous henna/tint on the brow hair, skin sensitivity, and failure to follow the Brow Lamination aftercare instructions.

Recent Eye Surgery Alopecia Recent Microblading/ Ombre/ Combination Brows/ Tattoo (must be healed over 8 weeks)

Scar Tissue in the Treatment Area

Pregnant/Breastfeeding Retinol, Accuatne, AHA, BHA, etc Current or Recent Chemotherapy Treatments (Doctors approval required in either case)

For the first 48 hours post Brow Lamination, please avoid:

Steam

Shampoos

Makeup

Skincare products

Oils if Henna or Tint was applied

If you purchased one of our serums, use it daily and comb your hairs into your desired shape.

If redness or irritation occurs and worsens over the course of 24 hours, please contact your doctor about potential reaction to the product, then alert us via call (646)926-6071 or email info@colorlabnyc.com to this reaction.

Do not have any type of permanent makeup performed for at least 4 weeks after Brow Lamination, as your artist must be able to see the natural flow of your hair.
