     *There is a $100 convention fee surcharge applicable when not booking hotel through the InXpress block.

    *If you have already paid the Registration Fee for Adelaide, you don't need to complete the registration again and your fee has been held over to be used towards this 2022 Conference.  Please email Larry@sovalliance.com to confirm your desired room type (see under FAQ on main page) and new hotel dates.  Only attendees who haven't registered yet need to complete the full registration process.

    *Rates are in AUD (Australian Dollars) subject to all applicable govt, GST taxes that apply at time of room occupancy.  Please note that full buffet breakfast purchased on-site will cost $40 per person, per day.

    *An additional fee of $55.00 per person is charged for any third person staying in an accommodation room. This fee includes a rollaway bed and additional linen & amenities for the extra guest.

    PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS

    Full payment of rooms are due on arrival. After 21 days before arrival date, the accommodation is non-refundable and the credit card on file will be charged in the case of a no-show/cancellation. All cancellations must be received in writing via email to larry@sovalliance.com.
