About This FAM

Dates: June 7-10, 2026 (4 Days / 3 Nights)
Airport: Montego Bay (MBJ), group transfer window (one arrival + one departure window)

This Luxury Villa FAM is a boutique, hosted experience designed for travel agents and their spouses/partners who want to confidently sell luxury Jamaica villa stays, romance travel, and upscale couples getaways.

You’ll experience Mais Oui Villa the way your clients would, with a full-service staff, curated villa training, and time to capture content you can use immediately in your marketing. This is a working FAM with a fun, elevated retreat vibe, but the goal is professional product knowledge and real sales confidence.

Rooming

• Mais Oui Villa is an 8-bedroom villa
  7 guest bedrooms available
  • Rooms can be Agent + Spouse/Partner OR 2 Travel Agents sharing
  • Single occupancy is available at a higher rate (limited)

Rates (Per Person)

• $1,100 pp double occupancy (couple or 2 agents sharing)
• $1,300 pp single occupancy (limited)
• + $60 pp required round-trip group transfers (MBJ ⇄ Discovery Bay)
  Total package: $1,160 double / $1,360 single

 ✅ Rates include groceries/meals and staff gratuities.

❌ Excursions/activities and Club Mobay are not included.
Airfare and travel insurance are also not included.

Payment Schedule

• $262 pp non-refundable deposit due by March 15, 2026 to secure your space
• Balance due May 7, 2026
  Spots are confirmed first deposit paid, first confirmed. No holds without payment.

Important Notes

• Flights must align with the group transfer window to use included transportation.
• Registration is required, and all participants must agree to the FAM guidelines and deadlines.

This is a workcation for your travel business , not a cheap vacation. You are coming to learn, build relationships, and create content you can sell from later.

Mobility & Accessibility Notice
Most Jamaica FAM itineraries involve a lot of walking, standing, and climbing stairs, including resort tours and off-site activities. Many properties and excursions are not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for advisors with significant mobility limitations.

If you have mobility concerns, please contact me before registering so we can talk through whether this particular FAM is a safe and realistic fit for you.

Roommate matching assistance is provided as a courtesy and is not guaranteed.

• Registration is not confirmed until the deposit is paid
• Roommate matching does not reserve or hold a room
• Room assignments are finalized by the host
• If a roommate withdraws or cancels, the remaining participant is responsible for:
  • Securing a replacement roommate or
  • Paying any applicable single-occupancy upgrade
• Deposits are non-refundable, even if a roommate match is not finalized

 

Roommate FAQ
Can I attend if I don’t have a roommate yet?
Yes. You may register and pay your deposit while requesting a roommate. Roommate matching assistance is provided after registration.

Does requesting a roommate hold my spot?
No. Your spot is only secured once your deposit is paid.

What if my roommate cancels?
If your roommate cancels, you are responsible for securing another roommate or paying the single-occupancy rate if applicable.

Is roommate matching guaranteed?
No. Roommate matching is offered as a courtesy and depends on availability and compatibility.

Can I choose my roommate?
Yes, if both parties register and list each other on the registration form.

Are deposits refundable if a roommate isn’t found?
No. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of roommate availability.

FAM Terms & Payment Policy (Please Read Carefully)

• This is a hosted working FAM for travel advisors and their spouses/partners. Professional behavior and on-time participation are required.
• Registration is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
• Deposit: $262 per person is due by March 16, 2026 and is non-refundable. Deposit total is based on travelers selected (1 person = $262, 2 people = $524).
• Balance Due: All remaining balances are due by May 7, 2026.
• VTEMP payment deadlines may be earlier than the villa’s deadlines to ensure the group is paid on time and dates remain secured.
• Rates include groceries/meals and staff gratuities.
  Excursions/activities and Club Mobay are not included.
• Airfare and travel insurance are not included. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Deposit Transfer Policy (Important)

• Deposits are non-refundable, however they may be transferred to a replacement participant only if:

1. The replacement is approved by the host,
2. The replacement completes registration, and
3. The transfer request is submitted before May 7, 2026.

• After May 7, 2026, deposits are not transferable.

Rooming Policy
Mais Oui Villa is an 8-bedroom villa. One bedroom is reserved for the host. The remaining guest bedrooms are allocated as either Agent + Spouse/Partner or two travel agents sharing. Single occupancy is limited and available at the single rate. Room assignments are finalized by the host and based on registration type and payment status.

Group Transfer Window Policy (MBJ ⇄ Discovery Bay)
Round-trip transportation is included only for travelers whose flights match the scheduled group arrival and departure window. Travelers outside the group transfer window are responsible for private transfers at their own expense.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Deposits are non-refundable. If a participant cancels, any additional refunds (if applicable) depend on non-recoverable costs already paid on the participant’s behalf. No refunds are issued for no-shows or unused portions of the trip.

Documentation You are required to have documentation to leave the United States. It is your responsibility to have the proper paperwork to enter a country. Passports must be valid for 6 months beyond the completion date of your travel.
