POLICY
- Jonai Graphics and Designs DOES NOT offer refunds or returns for ANY service. Due to the nature of the service, ALL services are NON-REFUNDABLE. This is not subject to change unless stated by the designer, Synphani Shropshire. Your PAYMENT is an acknowledgement of this agreement.
- FULL PAYMENT is needed UPFRONT for ANY service.
- PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE ZELLE AND CASHAPP.

- Turnaround time depends on service selected. STANDARD IS 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS)
- Please ensure ALL fields are filled and ALL necessary information is provided when filling booking form.
- A $5 FEE will be charged PER revision after 3 FREE revisions limit.
- In the event that you need a RUSH ORDER. A $20 FEE will apply. $30 for SAME-DAY services.

- If there is no response from follow up emails after 2 weeks, your project will be terminated. PLEASE respond in a timely manner. If not, it will prolong the process.
- After booking form is reviewed, invoices will be sent using paypal. Paypal is ONLY used for invoice purposes only. Zelle and Cashapp are the preferred payment methods until further notice.
